Using the Built-in Filter Feature

1. Select Your Data: Click on any cell within the range of data you want to filter.
2. Enable Filtering: Go to the Data tab on the Ribbon and click on Filter. This will add drop-down arrows to the header of each column.
3. Apply Filters: Click the drop-down arrow in the column header you want to filter. You can select specific values, or use options like "Text Filters" or "Number Filters" to set conditions (e.g., greater than, less than, etc.).

4. Clear Filters: To remove the filter, click the drop-down arrow again and select Clear Filter from [Column Name] or click the Filter button in the Data tab to turn off filtering entirely.
