To remove the border just right-click on the text box and set Border/Fill > Border to <None>. Tip: If the graphic image (now enclosed inside the text box) displays (or prints) a border line and/or white space around it, edit the text box, right click on the graphic itself, choose Border/Fill > Border (tab), and set the border to <None>.

Once you’re happy with your pyramid, you can remove the text box outline by selecting "No Outline" under the "Format" tab’s "Shape Outline" options. Open a blank Word document. Insert a text box. Type your text. Format the text box into a triangle. Adjust text direction if needed.

“Save As” your document in the .txt format. In the Home tab, use the “Ctrl” and “a” keys to select all. In the upper right corner of the font section, click the button to remove formatting.
